The lessons I learned there, including Amazon's Leadership Principles, fundamentally shaped my approach to problem-solving and continue to guide my growth as a designer today.

Built a custom analytics dashboard to oversee SEO, web funnels, and sign-up conversions. By owning the end-to-end web growth strategy and shipping 200+ responsive pages, I drove 1M unique visitors and a 181% increase in page views.

Partnered with my manager to launch AWS's first podcast program to explore new growth avenues. I owned the execution from managing hosting platforms and media collaborations. As a result, the podcast ranked #1 in Apple Podcasts' tech category, establishing a lasting, high-impact storytelling channel for the company.

Connecting the dots to product design
Looking back, my time at Amazon Web Services was the training ground for my transition into product design. While my role focused on marketing strategy and storytelling, I realized the best marketing is a seamless product experience. That shift in mindset, combined with global tech exposure, led me to pursue a Master's in Product Innovation in the U.S.
Today, as a Product Designer, I leverage my marketing background as a strategic lens, combining customer empathy with business goals to design intuitive experiences that drive product-led growth.
